Couple looking for convenience

The staff were friendly and attentive, especially a dude named Francisco who switched our room after the AC issues. And, you wouldn’t believe it, he even dealt with a bug that showed up on the ceiling! Like a hero, right?

It wasn’t inexpensive,,, but I guess it was manageable.

1) Clean rooms
2) Spacious areas
3) Good breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was super clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was a lifesaver. The shower had great pressure, and the bathroom mirror was really cool with different light settings. However, just a heads up, the breakfast quality could use some improvement, but overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson. The guest room with 2 queen beds was very clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options that kept us well-fed each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Some common areas could use more seating.

The vibrant décor and spacious common areas made me feel so welcomed, like an art gallery that wasn't afraid to have fun. Plus, the access to elevators was a breeze for someone like me.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

I had a nice stay and really enjoyed the comfy bed and the clean room. The heated swimming pool was a great way to unwind, and I loved chilling on the sun loungers. The only bummer was that they switched my room last minute without a heads up, but it all worked out fine in the end. 😊

The Fairfield Inn provided an excellent stay during my work trip. The location was ideal, situated near major freeways, making commuting easy. My room with two queen beds was immaculate and well-furnished, contributing to a productive environment. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning with a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, promptly assisting with any requests.

Some noise from adjacent rooms was somewhat disruptive.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the noise from the freeway was quite loud at night. They have Netflix on the TV too, which was great for the kids.
